Following a successful career in the recruitment industry, Karl Scrivener founded Aria Select in July 2009.  Aria Select’s main aim is to become recognised as a leading and distinguished consultancy within the Recruitment and Staffing industry. Karl’s expansive career has seen him work within the IT Technical Recruitment sector for the past 15 years. His sales career has enabled him to continually progress up the promotional ladder, whilst always maintaining a hands-on approach to Technical Sales Search and Selection. Having mastered his profession working for a variety of other recruitment businesses, Karl always has had an ambition to make a mark with his own technical recruitment consultancy, hence the creation of Aria Select.
