Contingency recruitment is the common phrase used to describe recruitment where terms and conditions have been agreed and candidates are being supplied on an “ad hoc” basis. 

It usually means a focus purely on Aria Select’s own network of candidates to source suitable talent for your positions, rather than us advertising the position on your behalf and managing the entire process. 

Some clients work on a contingency basis all the time as they do not feel they have the volume of recruitment requirements to warrant a more specific and formal arrangement. 

Our focus is to make sure you spend as little time as possible interviewing unsuitable candidates. Aria Select will do all the initial work - advertising, searching, screening and short-listing suitable candidates - and you choose who you want to interview. 

Based on a no placement - no fee basis, this method allows you to try our services before building a long-term relationship. At the same time, your requirement/s will get the same level of diligence, commitment and attention that we give to every role we undertake.
