Retained assignments (often referred to as 'Headhunting') provide the most effective method of recruiting key personnel. Aria Select will work exclusively and confidentially on your behalf to select a shortlist of suitable candidates for each given role. Our abilities rely heavily on sourcing and attracting passive industry specific candidates from inside and outside of our network. These professionals may not actively be on the market but are eager to hear of exciting opportunities that may help further their own career and aspirations. On your behalf, Aria Select will conduct the initial interview with each candidate to ensure the fit to your business of each potential applicant. We will then provide you with a detailed and unbiased report on each individual candidate along with our recommended shortlist for client interview, to ensure a successful outcome. This type of assignment offers a far more targeted and focused approach making sure your hire is the right hire! For this service offering, Aria Select would charge a fee based on a percentage of the candidates starting salary (inclusive of any car or car allowance). This would be based on a third up front to commission us to commence the assignment, a third on presentation of a shortlist of candidates and the balance upon completion (i.e. when the candidate starts their first day of work). |
